While veterinarians are the life blood of any practice it is the staff and support team that makes it all work. Staff members bring expertise and excitement about areas of animal care, client care and business so that the Veterinarians can focus on giving the best medical care. Without our excellent staff we could not give our patients and clients the best care possible.

As the Client Care Team our purpose is to represent Veazie Veterinary Clinic with excellent customer service to our current and potential clients. As the primary client care advocates we will strive to do our very best to be consistantly kind, open-minded and respectful of each person who walks through the door. We will build confidence and trust by interacting professionally with each client and staff member in a way that will ensure long-term satisfaction and a fun, positive, welcoming place to work. We support all staff members in their duties while keeping the flow of the hospital running as smoothly as possible. By providing good communication, client education, triage and support for clients, we commit to exceeding client expectations so they feel they have received the best possible care for their pets.

Our mission is to have our clients leave informed and impressed, and both our clients and our patients to have the best possible experience. We will strive to assist all other areas of the clinic and support our veterinarians to the best of our ability. We intend to do this by handling patients as carefully and compassionately as possible. We will allow the veterinarians to focus on communicating and following up with the client and to successfully communiate with the rest of the hospital staff in order to ensure the appropriate care of the patient. Our purpose is to assist the veterinarians in the exam rooms with a focus on educating our clients, compassionately treating our patients and leveraging our doctors allowing them to focus on doctor appropriate functions such as surgery and diagnosis.

The technician team is here to provide quality and compassionate care to all patients in the following areas: nursing and critical care, surgical assistance, laboratory, dental and radiology. We assist all doctors and support staff through teamwork with our areas of interest.

Our Kennel Attendant supports the entire clinic by doing many basic jobs and freeing other staff to work with patients and doctors.
