All puppies should be wormed at 2 and 4 weeks with Pyrantel.

1. First DA2PP Vaccination: Distemper, Adenovirus type II, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza
2. Begin heartworm prevention and intestinal parasite control with Interceptor/Sentinel
3. Administer Pyrantel if not done previously.

1. Second DA2PP Vaccination
2. Worm for roundworms, hookworms and whipworms with Pyrantel.
3. Consider flea, tick, mosquito and black fly control.

Continue heartworm prevention and intestinal parasite control with Interceptor/Sentinel at home.

1. Third DA2PP and first 4-way Leptospirosis Vaccination.
2. Rabies Vaccination
3. Continue heartworm prevention and intestinal parasite control using Interceptor/Sentinel.
4. Bordatella Vaccination (Kennel Cough): Your puppy should be vaccinated against kennel cough if you use boarding and/or grooming services, or if you plan to enroll in obedience or socialization classes.
5. First Lyme Vaccination (if at risk)

1. Fourth DA2PP and second 4-way Leptospirosis Vaccination
2. Intestinal Parasite Check. Please submit fresh stool sample.
3. Continue heartworm preventative and intestinal parasite control using Interceptor/Sentinel.
4. Second Lyme Vaccination (if at risk).

Neutering (Female-spay, Male-castration): These procedures are safe and greatly reduce your pet's risk of cancer and other reproductive diseases when performed at 4-6 months of age. 1. Comprehensive Physical Exam
2. Review and update vaccines as necessary.
3. Intestinal Parasite Check. Please submit fresh stool sample.
4. Heartworm, Lyme Disease and Ehrlichia test which is a blood test performed here.
5. Start heartworm preventative on June 1 with Interceptor/Sentinel.
6. External parasite control as determined by your dog's risks.
