| It is our goal and desire at Veazie Veterinary Clinic to provide the best veterinary care and service to our clients and patients. Unlike a human hospital, our facility is maintained by a veterinarian without any governmental aid. Therefore, we must charge for all of our services as well as for any medicine, supplies and hospitalization. We believe appropriate diagnostics will lead to a more successful treatment and ultimately, a quicker resolution of your pet's illness. We often do not charge more per service item but perform more services per visit.
If you have any questions about the cost of caring for your pet, please give us a call at 207-941-8840. |

Another way to help with the cost of Veterinary Care is Pet Health Insurance. Like human health insurance you pay a fee to the company and choose what coverage you would like. Programs range from catastrophic care only to comprehensive care coverage including annual health exams. Unlike human insurance we expect payment in full at time of services and the insurance company reimburses you. We have many clients who have pet insurance and they are very happy with the programs. The following are some of the insurances our clients have and seem happy with.
There are many providers and we do not endorse any specific company, however we do encourage you to look into them and see if they fit your needs. |
